My HOA sent This company to repair the roof and to repair drywall due to water damage. The contractors showed up early and the owner Steve came to inspect the drywall for repair at a later date. The work they are doing is phenomenal. More than that, the customer service is superior- Steve, Jennifer (receptionist) to those doing the work. If you need window, roofing, or drywall repair - this is the company!

My husband and I chose Platinum Exteriors to replace our 15 year old, contractor-grade front door. They came out to measure and go over color choices, etc. They did a beautiful job with the install - no more draft and we get a lot of compliments on the style and color. We were so pleased with that project, we decided to replace the roof over our garage that had discolored over time and no longer matched the rest of the roof. We went with a dark bronze metal that won't patina and requires no maintenance. They came out to measure on a Thursday and they were able to cut and install the very next day. We could not be happier with the results. It's exactly the look we were going for. I look forward to using Platinum Exteriors to replace the rest of our roof in a couple of years. Steve, Doug, and their crew are very professional and left our home and yard spotless after both jobs. Highly recommend!

I hired Platinum Exteriors for my roof replacement on my 1916 house in Western Loudoun. From beginning to end I had nothing but a professional experience. I knew exactly was to happen from beginning to end through extensive communication from Platinum Exteriors for my reroof project. Keep in mind this was a reroof. They not only removed shingles but the wood underneath. My house was completely open to what Mother Nature would send our way. I knew I was in good hands and I will recommend them to any and all of my friends. I will also call Platinum Exteriors when I need roofing contractor in my new home.
